Unique Ceremonial Approach: At our ceremonies, we advocate for a focused, impactful approach to your psychedelic experience :
Instead of multiple milder doses within a retreat, we recommend 2-3 carefully measured, safe, yet higher doses of psilocybin during a single ceremony. This method unlocks your optimal dosage for a safe and profound self-healing journey. One substantial, well-dosed ceremony combined with serious energy work can propel your personal growth beyond the benefits of milder experiences that only scratch the surface.
Energy work: We deeply engage with the plant spirit during our ceremonies and conduct profound energy work. We openly share our visions and provide individual guidance, drawing from our extensive knowledge to facilitate a deep and enduring healing experience for you.
Emotional balance: We also prioritize your well-being and ensure you have the time and space to digest and harmonize with the life-changing insights you gain. We emphasize the importance of a gradual and harmonious return to everyday life after a profound and intense experience. Your spirit needs time to rest and integrate rather than being overtaxed by its power. Our primary goal is to ensure you remain in harmony and gain the inspiration necessary for personal development.
Our ceremonial approach has consistently led to remarkable self-growth and development in individuals.

Scientific facts: The main psychoactive ingredient in magic mushrooms (Psilocybin species) is an alkaloid called psilocybin, which creates new connections between previously unconnected brain areas and temporarily alters the whole organizational structure of the brain. The compound binds to serotonin receptors, which induce hyperconnectivity between typically less connected brain regions. This process leads to an altered perception of consciousness and a transformation of ingrained thought patterns. These new connections allow users to experience extraordinary things, such as seeing sounds or hearing colors and communicating telepathically. They are also responsible for some of the antidepressant effects of magic mushrooms.
Imagine that information flows through the brain on interconnected, busy pathways. Psilocybin does not remove these highways; it simply builds new ones.
Research has shown that psilocybin has the potential to be used in therapeutic settings to treat conditions like depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and addiction. Studies have also suggested that psilocybin promotes neuroplasticity, which can potentially rewire neural connections in the brain, leading to lasting changes in thought patterns and behavior.
According to Johns Hopkins University, about 90% of psychedelic therapy participants considered their encounter with the plant one of their life's top five most meaningful experiences.

In Hindu philosophy, "Indriya" refers to the sensory or cognitive faculties and organs responsible for perception and knowledge.
The term "indriya" (Sanskrit: इन्द्रिय) refers to the faculties or senses of perception and action. It is a fundamental concept that is crucial in understanding the nature of human experience and consciousness. The word "indriya" is derived from the Sanskrit root "indu," which means "to control" or "to possess."
The concept of indriyas is closely related to self-control, mindfulness, meditation practice, and self-awareness. By understanding and mastering these faculties, individuals can gain better control over their sensory perceptions and actions, essential for spiritual growth and liberation from the cycle of birth and death (samsara).
Jnana Indriyas: These are the faculties of perception or cognitive senses responsible for gathering information from the external world. There are five jnana indriyas:
Shrotra (hearing): The sense of hearing.
Chakshu (sight): The sense of sight or vision.
Ghrana (smell): The sense of smell.
Rasana (taste): The sense of taste.
Tvak (touch): The sense of touch. In the Pali Canon's Sutta Pitaka, indriya is frequently encountered in the Context of the "five spiritual faculties":
Faith or conviction or belief (saddhā)
Energy or, persistence or perseverance (viriya)
Mindfulness or memory (sati)
Stillness of the mind (samādhi)
Wisdom or understanding or comprehension (pañña).Overall, indriyas play a significant role in these traditions' philosophical and psychological frameworks, emphasizing the importance of self-awareness, sensory restraint, and mental discipline in pursuing higher states of consciousness and spiritual realization.

Mental preparation:
Educate yourself from reliable sources. Under 'recommended content,' you will find educational links to prepare yourself mentally for the journey.Ensure you have enough time to relax and process your experiences before and after the ceremony. Before your journey, take care of any work that might cause stress. Do not plan anything for after the ceremony; expect to rest for the rest of the day or evening. If you can, take an extra day off.
Set an intention for your journey: The "plant spirit" always knows what resonates best within your particular state of consciousness. It is an excellent teacher, so preparing at least one question/request is a good idea.
Trust the process: Try to let go of your expectations. While the magic mushroom doesn't always give what you expect, it will always give you what you need. For example, you may be expecting a visual 'journey,' but for you, the responses might come in the form of emotions or thoughts. Don't criticize whatever you receive from the "plant spirit"; trust the process. If others have a profound experience and you are not, don't be discouraged, and don't give up working with the plant. The "miracle" doesn't always happen the first time. You are no more or less than anyone else; everything always has its natural time and process. Each "journey" is very different; always be open.
If you are feeling insecure or afraid, there is nothing wrong with it; it is entirely natural. We will support you in any way we can to release this feeling.
Digital detox: 4-5 days before the retreat, spend enough time outdoors, avoid watching TV series, and minimize phone calls. Do not watch or read anything that would harm your subconscious. Walk, read, exercise, and try to spend time in a more harmonious environment.
Physical preparation:
It is essential to avoid eating meat, fatty and spicy foods, sugar, alcohol, and caffeinated drinks 5 days before the ceremony. Also, avoid cigarettes if possible.6 hours before the ceremony, eat a light breakfast (e.g., porridge, rice porridge, or fruit: bananas, apples, pears...) Do not eat later. This is important because it will allow the plant to work to its full potential.

Psilocybin may offer several benefits, including:
Psychological Insights: Psilocybin, the active compound in magic mushrooms, can induce altered states of consciousness that may lead to profound insights and introspective experiences. It effectively helps to heal relationship patterns.
Mood Enhancement: Most individuals report positive changes in mood, including feelings of euphoria, joy, and connectedness with others and nature. It can create inner harmony to shed the obstacles caused by harmful "programs" you run within yourself.
Creativity: Psilocybin may enhance creative thinking and problem-solving abilities for some people. It may inspire you to find and achieve your purpose in life.
Spiritual or Mystical Experiences: Some users report experiencing spiritual or transcendent moments while using magic mushrooms, such as "ego-loss" and a deep level of connectedness.
Therapeutic Potential: There is a growing interest in using psilocybin to treat mental conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction.
Physical therapeutic potential: Magic mushrooms may help you discover the root of your physical illness so you can awaken your healing abilities. It might be effective in treating Chronic Pain or Traumatic Brain Injury.

It is very rare to experience any uncomfortable symptoms such as vomiting or headaches. 95% of our participants are free from any physical discomfort during their psychedelic journey. Dehydration can lead to minor headaches; this is why we encourage each participant to drink water regularly. Throughout the ceremony, we serve tea and water to ensure you are hydrated enough.
-
Our foremost commitment is to guarantee you a positive and safe psychedelic experience.
We prioritize your well-being. Drawing upon decades of experience with plant medicine, we understand that the key to a transformative journey lies in the conducive environment and the guidance provided before and throughout your retreat.
We carefully screen applications to identify personal health risks, ensuring our participants' safety.
Based on scientific research, consuming psilocybin is considered to be very safe:
Low Potential for Addiction: Psilocybin, the active compound in magic mushrooms, is not known to be physically addictive. Unlike drugs like opioids or nicotine, users do not develop a physical dependence on psilocybin.
Low Toxicity: Psilocybin mushrooms are less toxic to the body than alcohol, for example. For more information, click the link.
Lack of Long-Term Negative Physical Health Effects: Prolonged use of magic mushrooms is not associated with significant physical health problems, such as organ damage or deteriorating physical health.
Limited Withdrawal Symptoms: There are generally no severe withdrawal symptoms when discontinuing the use of magic mushrooms. Users do not typically experience the intense cravings and physical discomfort seen with some other drugs.
Positive Psychological Effects: Most individuals report positive psychological and therapeutic effects from magic mushrooms, including improved mood, reduced anxiety, and enhanced creativity. These potential benefits have led to research into psilocybin's therapeutic applications.

You might have encountered various online anecdotes of individuals having what is often called a "bad trip." Understanding that these stories typically stem from vastly different circumstances is essential. Factors such as incorrect dosages, the consumption of potentially contaminated plants, or being in an unsuitable setting can contribute to such experiences. This underscores the critical importance of undergoing your journey under expert guidance.
Even those with numerous prior experiences with plant medicine recognize the significance of a safe and tranquil environment for their inner development. Nevertheless, a challenging experience can be profoundly therapeutic within the right setting. Frequently, the most profound insights and breakthroughs arise from these encounters. Rest assured, we provide unwavering support and guidance to navigate any challenges during your journey.
-
Dosing cannot be solely quantified in grams. The psilocybin content within mushrooms can exhibit significant variations depending on the species, strain, growing conditions, and maturity. Consequently, 10g of a "weaker" type of magic mushroom may have the same potency as 2-3g of a "stronger" variety. This is the primary reason why we subject our mushrooms to testing.
It's essential to note that there is no one-size-fits-all dosing protocol since individual needs vary. We will start your optimal dosage administered by your body weight and your level of experience with psychedelics. Instead of multiple milder doses within a retreat, we recommend 2-3 carefully measured, safe, yet higher doses of psilocybin during a single ceremony. This method unlocks your optimal dosage for a safe and profound self-healing journey.
More does not necessarily translate to better results. The optimal dosage depends on your comfort level, your personal preferences, and our evaluation of what constitutes an appropriate and effective dose tailored to your unique circumstances. If our guests express a desire, we are more than willing to provide safe guidance for experimenting with higher doses to help them reach their full potential.
-
Taking into account the stigma surrounding the subject of plant medicine use, we build on mutual trust between participants and organizers. To this end, we encourage and support our participants to share their experiences where they feel trusted and recommend them to those needing a similar opportunity or healing process. All participant's privacy is kept confidential, and all our retreats are safe because we pick our locations very carefully. However, the legal status of psilocybin mushrooms varies widely from country to country and even within different regions of countries. In most parts of the world, magic mushrooms and psilocybin are still illegal. In certain countries, psilocybin is illegal but tolerated (for example, Portugal and Costa Rica). However, thanks to the growing number of scientific studies showing the efficacy of psilocybin, some governments are moving toward legalization:
Portugal: Portugal decriminalized the possession of all drugs, including psilocybin mushrooms, for personal use in 2001. This means that individuals using small amounts of psilocybin for personal use are subject to administrative, rather than criminal, penalties.
Netherlands: In the Netherlands, the sale of psilocybin-containing "magic truffles" is tolerated under specific conditions, such as in licensed smart shops. However, it's important to note that this applies to truffles, not mushrooms.
Brazil: Only psilocybin and psilocin are listed as illegal, but not the fungal species themselves. The Federal Constitution states that an act must be previously stated as illegal by law. Therefore, psilocybin mushrooms cannot be considered illegal themselves. No legal jurisprudences are available on the topic, nor records of people being explicitly arrested for using, growing, or possessing psilocybin mushrooms in the country. They are sold mainly over the internet on specialized websites without facing persecution from Brazilian police.
United States: Some states and cities had implemented or were considering measures to decriminalize or legalize psilocybin for medical or recreational use. A few US cities (Denver, Oakland, Ann Arbor, Santa Cruz, Cambridge, Somerville, Northampton, Easthampton, Detroit, Seattle, San Francisco, and Washington DC) have decriminalized psychedelics. Two US states, Oregon and Colorado, have passed a measure allowing for the regulated medical use of psilocybin.
Canada: Health Canada has granted an exemption to some individuals, allowing them to use psilocybin for medical purposes under certain conditions.
Australia: Cultivation, manufacture, possession, use, and supply of psilocybin is illegal throughout Australia. From July 2023, authorized psychiatrists can prescribe psilocybin for treatment-resistant depression.
Austria: The personal possession and use of psilocybin mushrooms is not criminalized. Cultivation is technically legal as long as the mushrooms are not harvested. Selling, offering, or providing access to the mushrooms to others is illegal.
Jamaica: Psilocybin mushrooms have never been made illegal and are openly sold.
Nepal: Magic Mushrooms are uncontrolled substances.

Before the ceremony commences, we facilitate a collective meditation to prepare the subconscious mind to be receptive to the experiences that catalyze our inner healing processes—whether they pertain to the physical, emotional, or mental aspects. (It’s not an issue if you are not a regular meditator or lack prior experience.) You are encouraged to feel entirely at ease; you may even recline comfortably if you wish. Even if your thoughts wander during this meditation, your subconscious will still absorb valuable insights.
After the meditation, your guide will open the ceremony circle, asking for protection from the plant spirit. You will be offered your first tea to start your journey. You can gently lay down and blindfold your eyes for a deeper experience.
Music is pivotal in this transformative journey, as sounds and vibrations profoundly influence the overall quality of the experience. Also, an essential component of the ceremony involves us aiding in the healing and unblocking energies.
The effect is felt about half an hour after ingestion and lasts, on average, 5-6 to 8 hours. In the first hour, you may feel a little "tired," so laying down and resting may feel good, but the body will be much more active in the second or third hour. During the "journey," the body and mind are in control. You can communicate or go to the bathroom if you feel like it.
The quality of the "journey," whether good or unpleasant, depends on the participant's state of mind and the environmental influences. Usually, hallucinations are experienced with the eyes closed. Colorful visions, emotional overload, or feelings of euphoria are common. Instead of hallucination, the correct word would be clairvoyance due to brain hyperactivity. Usually, the colors become brighter and more vivid. Visions of mandalas or geometric shapes are common.
During the initial hour or two, we kindly request that participants maintain silence. This is crucial to enable inward focus and to avoid disrupting the journeys of others. If you have inquiries or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to the ceremony leaders. You are free to do so if you feel an urge to venture outside. Please follow your intuition if you wish to connect with fellow participants later. Expressing your emotions, whether through laughter or tears, is entirely encouraged. However, if such expression disturbs the journey of others, we may respectfully request that you temporarily leave the room until the intensity subsides.
We fully respect your preferences, including your desire for personal space and not wishing to engage with others. Throughout the ceremony, these processes will naturally evolve, fostering a safe environment where profound healing occurs, and the atmosphere is one of joy, love, and tranquility, allowing you to immerse yourself in the experience without worry.
-
It is optional but highly recommended. The group dynamic plays a significant role in the healing journey here. Sharing circles or group discussions can nurture community and mutual support among participants. Every individual who joins our retreats arrives prepared to delve into their pains and struggles, resulting in many candid conversations, both within group settings and in private.
While you may start as strangers, by the end of the retreat, you'll likely feel as though you've discovered a new family. The process you'll undergo demands courage and a willingness to grow, making this journey a pivotal step in your life. Consequently, sharing this transformative experience with like-minded individuals will help you forge connections and provide valuable opportunities to learn from one another.

While we incorporate specific spiritual elements into our programs, like meditation, shamanic rituals, and energy healing, we must clarify that we do not endorse any particular religion or tradition.

-
We provide a private integration session 1-2 weeks after your psychedelic experience. It is essential to embody what you have experienced in your everyday life.
We can also offer you personalized coaching.
-
We get the fresh mushrooms, dry and grind it into a powder. We mix the powder with lemon juice at the ceremony and make a savory taste tea. The lemon juice helps your stomach to digest the substance more easily.
-
We highly recommend that you discontinue the use of psychiatric medications under the supervision of your medical provider at least three months before the start date of your retreat.
Our programs attract individuals with diverse conditions, from depression and anxiety to chronic pain. Many individuals rely on serotonin-based medications like serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) or serotonin/norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs) to maintain their quality of life and overall well-being. Some common examples of these medications include Zoloft, Prozac, Lexapro, Effexor, Cymbalta, Trintellix, and Buspirone.
It's worth noting that those who have previously used psilocybin while on SSRIs or SNRIs have reported experiencing a somewhat less intense psychedelic journey. While we consider individuals on very low doses of serotonin-based medication, it's essential to understand that we cannot guarantee an identical experience to those who undertake a psilocybin journey without the influence of such medicines.
-

Certain individuals may be excluded from participating in the program to maintain the safety and well-being of all participants. Psilocybin is a generally safe compound with few minor side effects. However, we can't accept applicants with specific mental and medical conditions.
Please be aware that you should participate in one of our programs in consultation with your medical professional. We do not make medical or therapeutic claims regarding our retreats or programming. Our primary aim is to ensure your safety and provide you with the highest level of care as you embark on your healing journey.
Regrettably, we are unable to accept your application if you fall into any of the following categories:

• Estrogen blockers used for breast cancer treatment may interact with psilocybin.
• The liver similarly metabolizes estrogen-based oral contraceptives, and there is an unknown interaction between these contraceptives and psilocybin.
• Antiretroviral and immunosuppressants used for autoimmune diseases and post-organ transplant care have multiple interactions with other medications and compounds. Therefore, participation in the psilocybin ceremony should be discussed with your prescribing healthcare provider.

We do not offer or supply any "plant medicine" for solo psychedelic journeys. We strongly discourage undertaking such journeys on your own. While individual experiences can be enjoyable, it's essential to understand that our approach involves dedicated energy work. We create a safe and unique environment, and we carefully prepare our rituals to facilitate an extraordinary journey that you cannot replicate by yourself. We accompany you to ensure the most profound experience possible.
Our role is to assist you in unlocking the depths of your subconscious and to share our insights during your journey. We invite you to engage in a profound process of self-work, and we take this work seriously. While it is common for people to use magic mushrooms for recreational trips in natural settings or as a party drug, we hold deep respect for the "plant" and do not misuse its power. There is no judgment against those journeys, but for us, the "plant" is a tool for profound healing, and we do not take its spirit lightly. As shamans, our purpose is to guide you to the best of our knowledge so that your healing journey is a successful one.
